Facebook

Facebook

Facebook allows group members to ‘meet’ in a virtual online forum informally with other members, receive regular updates from the School and other members as well as post their views and comments. We currently have 4 separate Facebook accounts that attract different groups:

  • A generic Kent Business School forum features everything that is going on in and around the School from a general, non-specific angle.
  • We also have a Facebook Alumni group aimed at attracting past students and enticing students who have graduated a space to come back to in order to stay in touch with the School and with each other.
  • Students and potential students of the KentMBA programme are more than welcome to join and post on this specific group.
  • An online forum for potential students to the School get in touch with current students is an ‘E-buddy’ group to support our buddy scheme.

There are student comments, requests and questions, information on global University Fairs, forums and receptions, School updates and information, links to articles and newsletters, course and programme updates, messages from key staff including the Schools Director as well as a unique chance to meet other students on your course before you even start.

  • A generic Kent Business School Linked In forum features everything that is going on in and around the School from a general, non-specific angle.
  • We also have a Linked In Alumni group aimed at attracting past students and enticing students who have graduated a space to come back to in order to stay in touch with the School and with each other.

You can read about key international visits, presentations and speeches or take part in informative ‘discussions’, areas for your business consideration as well as real and relevant online networking opportunities. Look for friends and peers online and reconnect with them, as well as businesses, organisations and group.  Take part in research, surveys and even answer questions to stay in touch, progress your success and share knowledge, or simply just tell us your views.
