My name is Salwa Najjar, I am 28 years old and I am an MBA graduate class of 2010. While working on my Business Report my sister contacted me to discuss a new business opportunity for both of us, I loved the idea immediately and agreed to be on board. The business idea was to open a Fashion Boutique in Jordan for Arab Designers only. So as soon as I arrived home in September we started working on the Business plan.
3 Months later, in December 15th 2010, the Boutique was open with 7 Arab Designers, mostly from Lebanon. We named the boutique ‘pinkdust’ which means; ‘pink’ color of fashion, and ‘dust’ is a symbol of the Arab world many deserts.

Through his desire to connect with other English speaking book lovers, after little luck in finding such a group that met his needs, he joined a social network for expats, ‘interNations’, from which he went on to develop and launch a book club group that is now still thriving.
