You’ll be able to support your career development with a structured apprenticeship programme, that combines classroom learning with on-the-job training and development. It’s about taking on real responsibilities while gaining the skills and experience you need to succeed – with the support of knowledgeable colleagues and an external training provider.
An apprenticeship is a way for anyone, including new and existing employees, to develop their skills further and even step into a new role at the University of Kent.
100% Levy Funding is available at Kent to pay for an apprenticeship programme, for all job roles and levels of experience.
Currently, there are over 900 apprenticeships available across a huge range of occupations.
If you undertake an apprenticeship, you’ll complete it while carrying out your day-to-day job. You’ll be assigned a training provider who will deliver through a blended programme the knowledge and support to help you in your role.
