This workshop can help with situations as varied as gaining confidence in writing, exploring personal challenges or keeping organised. Although journal writing is one of the simplest – and cheapest – tools of self-development (all you need is paper and pen!), journaling has a long and trusted history with current research continuing to discover new benefits for both personal and professional use. This workshop explores a variety of techniques that you can take away and use immediately, designed to support self-care, creativity and life management skills. A variety of practical exercises and readings will be provided. It is suitable for all standards of writing. Participants will not have to share their work in the group unless they would like to.
