Exam Calm Breathing Space

A space for students to take a breather from exams and revision with a University of Kent counsellor and mindfulness teacher, Lorraine Millard.

The Exam Calm Mindful Breathing Space half-hour sessions are a space for students to take a breather from exams and revision. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a total novice, join us online at 1pm for a short guided meditation and a discussion on how Mindfulness can help us cope with the challenges surrounding the exam season. These sessions are led by Lorraine Millard, the University of Kent’s Mindfulness teacher.
