In this online workshop delivered by Coral Warner, a qualified counsellor, you will have the opportunity to learn how to identify stress triggers and understand how to manage stress levels effectively. Stress can be a good and a bad thing. It also never goes away, so learning to manage it is an essential skill for your academic journey and beyond. By the end of the session, you will be able to identify good and bad levels of stress, and learn how to recognise a stress trigger. At the end of the session there will be an opportunity to participate in a Q and A session.
