Undergraduate Tuition Fee Refunds
For Undergraduate Students, who are intermitting or withdrawing, and sponsored by the Student Loan Company, please see Table 1 below.
If you are a Kent and Medway Medical School student, please refer to Table 2.
The fees listed below are the standard rated home fees for full time Undergraduate courses.

For Student Loan Company sponsored (029999) students only.

For all other Undergraduate and Postgraduate students:
- Refunds for intermitting and withdrawing will be calculated on a daily basis.
- There will be a full refund if the student Intermits/Withdraws before the end of the 2nd week of the 1st term for the first year of study only.
- For a calculation of the refund for Intermitting or Withdrawing, please email tuitionfeeenquiries@kent.ac.uk, and we will advise you of the tuition fee adjustment.
- These details are for the charge of tuition fees and not the instalment plan for the payment of fees.

- Table 2 relates to KMMS SLC funded students only. Refunds for Private payers for intermitting and withdrawing will be calculated on daily basis.
- There will be a full refund if the student Intermits/Withdraws before the end of the 2nd week of the 1st KMMS term for the first year of study only.
