How to book a seat on the Campus Shuttle

The booking system is not currently available, please use your KentOne card to board the service. Seats on the shuttle service will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

For future travel, it is essential that you book a seat before travelling on the campus shuttle.

If you have a disability that restricts you from using the steps to access the vehicle and/or sit within a Shuttle seat please contact the Kings Ferry and they will assist you with arranging transport. A minimum of 2 working days notice is required before you are travelling. 

For all other passengers:

  • Book a seat on My Mobile Tickets from your desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
  • Log in using your University of Kent details. The first time you register you will be asked to confirm your email and mobile number.
  • Choose the direction and the date of travel for your journey and press 'Search Buses'.
  • A timetable of the scheduled services will appear, click ‘select’ for the scheduled service in which you wish to book. Check your booking details are correct and press ‘Book Now’.
  • On your checkout page, confirm that you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website and press ‘Place order’.

Please note: You should arrive at the boarding point 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the service in which you have booked.
