Natasha Warwick

About

Natasha is one of the People Partners within the People & Culture Directorate at the University of Kent. 
She has worked at the University since 2020 initially within Estates and then moved within the central HR Directorate supporting a number of Academic Schools and Professional Services Directorates across the University. One of the Directorates she
currently works closely with 
Is the Campus Services Directorate which includes the Technical Services Department.  
As a People Partner, Natasha's role is to work with leadership teams to shape, develop and deliver their people management imperatives and priorities, and work closely to drive a high-performance culture, by  working with her portfolio areas to achieve their strategic objectives through the effective delivery of their People Strategies and the University People & Culture Strategy. 
Prior to joining the University Natasha has over 35 years experience of working within HR across a variety of industries including Broadcast Media, Engineering, Retail and Insurance.
