Andrew James

About

Andrew has been a member of the Actuarial Science Group and CASRI since August 2004. His career prior to this covers pensions consultancy, life insurance consultancy, and being part of a team setting up a new direct pensions company. He spent several years outside of financial services, working with call centres, internet businesses, and customer service networks helping to develop business quality, developing software and processes, and providing management mentoring, before returning to the industry to complete his actuarial studies and practice in life insurance.
