- Dr Shan Lu
Dr Shan Lu is currently a Lecturer in Finance at the Kent Business School, University of Kent since August 2021. He previously worked at the universities of Aberdeen and Bradford. He earned his PhD from the University of Aberdeen.
My research interests include financial derivatives, option pricing, and quantitative finance. My research papers have appeared in internationally reputable journals such as the European Journal of Finance, Journal of Futures Markets, Economics Letters, and Journal of Business Research, among others. Dr Lu has taught modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, covering topics on financial markets, financial derivatives, financial econometrics, multinational finance, fixed income securities, mathematics and statistics, quantitative methods, and research methods.
