Join the Decolonial Walking Tour being piloted by Anamika Misra along with Decolonise University of Kent.

Decolonial Walks is a pedagogical tool being developed by Anamika alongside Decolonise University of Kent. It aims to question the remaining legacy of colonialism within UK universities in the form of buildings, statues and other artefacts while shedding light on histories that have been erased This tour will concentrate on the legacy of John Locke and contextualise his contributions within his support of colonialism and investment in the slave-trade. Meet outside Gulbenkian, University of Kent Central Campus.
