This apprenticeship is designed to develop highly skilled logistics and supply chain professionals who can respond to the demands of modern, global business. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, digital innovation, and data-driven decision-making, apprentices gain the expertise needed to lead in a rapidly evolving industry.
This apprenticeship follows the Level 6 Supply Chain Leadership Professional Standard. Upon completion, learners will gain a BSc (Hons) Logistics Leadership.
Applicants should hold a minimum of 96 UCAS points and a Grade 6 or above in GCSE Mathematics. Applicants with relevant professional experience may also be considered.
The course spans 3 years, however, additional modules can make it 4, with apprentices spending 80% of their time on-the-job and 20% on off-the-job training.
The maximum funding for this apprenticeship is £21,000, which can be covered by the Growth and Skills Levy or by government co-investment. The employer pays the salary of the apprentice during training and post-qualification.
The start date for this apprenticeship is January 2027.
