Helen Holland

Helen is Acting Director of Campus Services for Estate Planning and Strategic Projects and line manages the Technical Services Department.
Since joining the University in 2015 as Head of Space Management, Helen has expanded her remit to include the Project and Property Teams. She has worked closely with technician teams to develop spaces across the campuses that meet the needs of academic teaching and research. She also leads the development and implementation of the University’s Estate Strategy, aligning it with the University’s vision and academic priorities.
Before joining the University, Helen spent more than 15 years as a move and change management consultant, delivering large-scale programmes across a range of sectors. She specialised in complex moves involving laboratories, museums and universities, with a focus on minimising disruption.
