The study of religion deepens our understanding of human nature and society and asks us to consider life’s greatest questions. Religious Studies at Kent explores a wide range of religions and the sacred, in both a historical and contemporary context, in a spirit of open and critical enquiry. Graduates in the field learn to develop particulaly enquiring minds, are exceptionally articulate communicators and and go on to follow a variety of career paths. Religious Studies at Kent offers a range of undergraduate single and joint honours programmes, exciting opportunities for study abroad and a wide module selection. Our postgraduate programmes offer more specialist study supported by academics with track records in world-leading research.
