The University of Kent Chorus 2009-2010
Borrowing Vocal Scores
Members of the University Chorus who wish to borrow vocal scores need to follow the procedures outlined below at the first rehearsal of each term. Make sure that you keep this information for future reference. If you would like to save time on the night, please print off and fill in the form below and bring it with you.
To borrow a vocal score of Szymanowski Stabat Mater and Poulenc Gloria, each Chorus Member must:
- pay an administration cost of £4.00 cash (non-returnable) and leave a deposit cheque for £30.00 payable to UNIKENT and post-dated 13 March 2010 . Please write your bank card number on the back. Cash will only be accepted if a chorus member does not possess a cheque book.
- All performers must hand in their scores at the end of the concert.
- If you find that you cannot sing in the concert, you should return your scores to Eliot College Reception addressed to Daniel Harding, Deputy Director of Music, Eliot College, University of Kent, Canterbury, CT2 7NS BY SATURDAY 13 MARCH . You must include a note of your name clearly and securely attached to the scores. If you would like your deposit returned, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
- FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCEDURES MEANS THAT YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
