SALARIES COMMITTEE FOR PROFESSORIAL AND MANAGEMENT GRADE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Membership
Chair: Vice-Chancellor (ex officio), Professor Dame Julia Goodfellow.
Members: Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor; Deputy Vice-Chancellors and Pro-Vice-Chancellors.
Secretary: Director of Human Resources.
Terms of Reference
(i) to determine general issues of terms and conditions (subject to normal negotiating procedures) in relation to the members of staff listed in the Committee's title (with the exceptions listed in (5) below).
(ii) to act as an advisory committee to the Vice-Chancellor concerning salary and salary-related matters in relation to specific members of staff listed in the Committee's title with the exceptions of the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor(s), Pro-Vice-Chancellors, Director of Finance and the Secretary of the Council.
