Restorative Justice in Practice: Repairing Harm and Rebuilding Relationships Day 1

How do you respond when conflict or harm arises in your professional practice? How confident do you feel facilitating difficult conversations? Could you respond to conflict differently? Developed and led by Dr Giuseppe Maglione, Director of the University of Kent's Restorative Justice Clinic, this in-person 1.5-day (9h) foundation course brings together research, practical skills and scenario-based learning to help participants develop a critical understanding of conflict and harm as relational and context-dependent, facilitate restorative conversations and apply restorative approaches that engage with the relationships, power dynamics and institutional contexts that shape conflict and harm.

21July 2026 (10am-5pm) and 22 July 2026 (10am-1pm)
