Each forum session has a different focus, and this time, we will be talking about sustainable food with a focus on bringing together ideas for the new Sustainable Food Strategy. This strategy will underpin the sustainability of our catering across campus delivered by Chartwells. We will be joined by staff from Campus Services that work directly with Chartwells to support this work.
This is a great opportunity to get your voice heard on something we all engage with at the University – food! In line with the theme, there will be refreshments provided from a bespoke sustainable menu that Chartwells have put together for us.
