Have you been invited to an assessment centre but aren’t sure what to expect or how to prepare? Are you looking to upskill yourself ahead of a potential assessment centre invite? In this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to take part in a practice assessment centre to experience some common assessment centre tasks and get feedback from experienced Careers and Employability Advisers.
In this practical session you will:
- Take part in a simulated assessment centre that includes a group task and case study.
- Reflect on your performance in the mock tasks and receive feedback from Careers and Employability Service staff.
- Identify actions you will take to prepare for the real assessment centre and how you will engage with tasks on the day.
Please note that there will not be time in this session to do individual interviews. For interview practice, please book either an Interview Practice appointment or join our next Practise your Interview Skills workshop.
