Hear from Kent Alum, Elouise Mitchell, Senior Planning Consultant at Lee Evans Partnership LLP

When Kent Alum Elouise Mitchell joined the Employability Points Scheme at the University of Kent her plan was to become a barrister.When plans changed, she found her first graduate job through the EP Scheme and started a successful career in planning.We will discuss Elouise’s career to date, and her experience of managing and empowering yourself in a male-dominated field. We will also discuss how women can support each other via dedicated networks such as Women in Planning and how groups such as G4C are working to increase diversity in the industry.
