Kent Alum Bethany Matthews is the first in-house Access Coordinator in the UK, working to ensure accessibility, diversity and inclusivity is at the forefront of productions. Beth advocates for cast and crew to manage access requirements and find accessible solutions and adjustments to ensure all staff can produce their best work whilst also pushing to reflect real life standards in their on and off screen talent.
