Sophie is a PhD Researcher and Assistant Lecturer in the School of Computing.
Her PhD research comes under the Future Human Signature Research Theme (Future Human) and takes an interdisciplinary approach to human-machine interaction and ethical AI in healthcare. Her project focuses on the potential for large language models to automate decision-making in kidney transplant, aiming to provide a framework for the development of future systems.
