The KentVision system is due to go live on Monday 19 April. The timeline below details the key tasks required to be completed prior to the opening of the new system.
KentVision Go Live Timeline
| Friday 09 April | Student Data System (SDS), Cressida and Admissions systems will close at 17.00 to staff and students. |
| Saturday 10 & Sunday 11 April | Final system integrations will be run out of SDS and deployment of reference data, functional build for the KentVision live system will begin. |
| w/b 12 April |
Deployment of reference data and functional build for KentVision continues and finalised. Data migration processes run to import SDS data into KentVision. System integrations to and from KentVision implemented. Migrated data tested and validated. User permissions build deployed to KentVision. Students will have read-only SDS access but system fully closed to staff. |
