Generation FOMO is a verbatim play created from interviews conducted by Isabelle Defaut, Artistic Director of Portrait Theatre, Graduate Theatre Company with the Drama Dept at Kent.
The research and development of Generation FOMO was commissioned by our Outreach and Widening Participation team.
Portrait Theatre - a Graduate Theatre company in the School of Arts and Architecture at the University of Kent, presented the first development phase of the verbatim play Generation FOMO with a script-in-hand performance in 2024 followed by a tour of schools across Kent, most recently performing to MPs in the Houses of Parliament in 2026.
