Dr Mingzhe Wei

Mingzhe is a Lecturer in Finance at Kent Business School. He has a BSc in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, and a PhD in Accounting & Finance from the University of Glasgow. Previously, he was a Lecturer in Finance at Sheffield Hallam University. 

Mingzhe has several publications in reputable journals and is an editorial member of the Journal of Digital Economy.

Mingzhe's primary interests are Fintech (machine learning and cryptocurrency) and forecasting. In addition, he has focused on Corporate Finance and causal inference in his latest work.

Mingzhe's teaching interests are at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including: Fintech Machine learning and Financial Trading Corporate Finance Financial Modelling.
