Research interests

Dynamic Managerial Capabilities and SMEs Internationalization in Emerging Economy.

Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been recognized by researchers and economists as one of the major drivers of economic growth. Internationalization of SMEs is crucial for the growth of an economy particularly for small and open economies. Due to the benefits of internationalization to an economy such as revenue generation and creation of jobs governments all over the world support SMEs by implementing policies that help to accelerate the process of internationalization. My research aims to analyze the effect of Dynamic Managerial capabilities on SMEs internationalization in emerging economy, their post entry performance and the role of dynamic managerial capabilities in SMEs speed of internationalization.
