Graduation photo day

If you are unable to attend your Graduation Ceremony in November, our official photographers, Tempest Photography, will be holding a Graduation Photo day in October, which you are welcome to attend.

The Graduation Photography day is for:

• International students returning home before November.
• Students who will not be able to attend their ceremony
• Students who missed photography at a previous ceremony

FURTHER INFORMATION

• Your official cap and gown will be provided by the Graduate Gowning company free of charge.
• Bring your family or friends to be in the photos with you.
• Parking is free and available across campus on the weekends. 
• Photos will be available to order online after your degree has been conferred in November. This is because your award has to be legally conferred at a graduation ceremony first. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All sessions must be pre-booked online (via the link below) 
• There will be no on-the-day bookings available.
• No personal cameras or phones will be allowed during the photoshoot.
• Cap and gowns are only to be worn in the photography space.
• £20 booking fee (deducted from your photo order) is due at the time of booking to secure your timeslot.
• Photos will only be released once your degree has been confirmed.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.

HOW TO BOOK

Location: KS18 (previously known as KLT4 - Keynes Lecture theatre 4) 
Time: Bookable time slots only - Between 10.00 - 15.00
