Our basic package covers setting up your online registration, producing receipts for each booking, collecting registration fees, liaising with delegates, preparing final account and creating regular booking reports.
Our silver package covers all of the above as well as preparing delegate packs and badges, sending out joining instructions, staffing the registration desk, collecting delegate feedback, producing event signage, budget support/management and assistance with bid proposals.
Covering all of the above, along with booking/managing delegate accommodation, assisting with organising a conference social programme* and providing with AV support.*
