Over the past decade, our science apprenticeships have created value for both apprentices and employers, helping people grow their careers and apply new skills in the workplace, while supporting organisations to develop talent, strengthen capability and build the workforce they need.
The journey has been shaped by the apprentices who have taken the next step in their careers, the employers who have invested in their people, and the academics, advisers and colleagues who have guided them along the way.
The event bring those experiences together, offering a chance to reflect on the progress made so far and look back on how far we have come. From the apprentices we have supported to the employers we have worked alongside, it is an opportunity to reflect on the impact our programmes have had, and the role apprenticeships continue to play in developing the workforce.
The day is also about looking ahead.
Networking will be a key part of the event, bringing together employers and professionals from across industry to connect, share experiences and exchange ideas.
You will also be able to speak with our Apprenticeships team about your own plans, whether apprenticeships are already part of your workforce or something you are beginning to explore.
