My current research is focused around ‘the distance-time relationship and its use in endurance training and performance’.
We are currently conducting a wide range of studies in this area, examples of which include: developing a valid and reliable field test of the distance time relationship and using the distance-time relationship to monitor changes in performance during the course of an athletics season.
