Buses and trains
Buses and trains can help overcome congestion and reduce carbon emissions, as well as offering higher fuel efficiency per passenger mile than the average car and providing socially inclusive forms of transport. They can also save you money.
The University recognises the variety of benefits that bus travel has to offer. We work closely with the local bus companies and provide subsidies towards improvements to and accessibility of the local bus services.
