Bulk Mail
The pick-up of bulk mail must be arranged in good time, only between 10:15 and 11:15am daily. First come, first served. Please contact Chris Hargrave (+44 (0)1227 823267).
Mailouts
Please give as much prior notification of mailouts as possible as these have to be scheduled with other tasks.
Internal Boxes
A limited number of small boxes can be delivered by Post Van. All large movement of boxes is carried out by the cleaning staff. Please contact Terry Kemp (+44 (0)1227 823385)
External Mail
All external mail should be sorted into 1st Class, 2nd Class, Europe or Rest of the World and banded accordingly. NB: All Channel Islands mail is 1st class.
