We’re excited to once again open our doors on Wednesday 7th October and welcome students, teachers and career advisors to the Baxall Open Day – a morning dedicated to discovering the wide range of career opportunities within the built environment.
Many academic disciplines can lead to exciting careers within our industry. For example, students with an interest in English may be interested in careers such as bid writing or marketing, while those studying maths, business, IT, design, and many other subjects will discover a variety of relevant career paths.Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to attend seminars and learn more about the following areas:• Accounts & Finance• Quantity Surveying• Strategic Business (Marketing & Bid Writing)• Buying• Estimating• Site Management• Administration• Design Management• Data & Digital Technologies
