Undergraduate Courses

The Tizard Centre will be offering additional new courses for the academic year 2018/19 which are currently being put live as part of the Undergraduate programmes.     Graduate Diploma in Autism Studies

    This one-year full-time level six programme can also be taken part-time over two years. It is taught by blended learning – a combination of workshops at Canterbury, and on-line teaching. Using work-based or theoretical case studies, this programme equips students with critical skills needed to complete research in autism. Each module is worth thirty credits. There are no optional modules in this programme.

    Certificate in Autism Studies

    Diploma in Higher Education in Autism Studies

Using work-based or theoretical case studies, this programme equips students with knowledge concerning autism diagnosis, support and research. Each module is worth thirty credits. There are no optional modules in this programme.

Using work-based or theoretical case studies, this programme equips students with evidence-based functional assessment skills as well as clinical intervention knowledge to better support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or autism whose behaviour challenges those around them. Each module is worth thirty credits. There are no optional modules in this programme.
