Access free, 24/7 online support for your mental health and wellbeing
Functionality
Togetherall (previously Big White Wall) is a free, online community designed to support your mental health. The community acts as a peer support network, which can be a source of motivation and a means to improve self-awareness, and peer-to-peer talk therapy is available where members initiate or join forums on various mental health topics. Other features include creative tools that help you express how you are feeling, e.g. through art and writing therapies. You can also access interactive self-help courses, such as ‘problem solving’ and 'stop procrastinating’, which may help you to manage University-related stress. Togetherall also includes an 'Ask a Wall Guide' feature where you can access brief counselling and 24/7 support from trained counsellors.
