What do we do with feedback?

Comments and suggestions

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints about our services, or the service you have received they will be responded to by the relevant team or manager. We want everyone to be happy with their experience.

Compliments

It is always great to receive a compliment and hear that we are doing a good job. If our staff have provided you with excellent service we are keen to hear about it. Any feedback will be passed onto the team or individual concerned.

Complaints

If things go wrong, we want you to be able to let us know as soon as possible so that we can work to put it right quickly.
