PhD Title: Evaluating and enabling community governance for equitable conservation: a case study in Odzala-Kokoua National Park.

My PhD examines how community governance systems of natural resources can be evaluated and strengthened to enable more equitable conservation outcomes in Odzala-Kokoua National Park Republic of Congo. The research addresses key gaps in understanding governance dynamics, including gender and Indigenous dimensions, the role of local ecological knowledge, and community perceptions of ownership and agency.
