Deinstitutionalisation and Community Living: a network
for change
This website has been set up following the conference on Deinstitutionalisation and Community Living held in Prague (November 15-16, 2007) which launched the report from the Deinstitutionalisation and Community Living: Outcomes and Costs (DECLOC) project.
These pages are currently under construction but will include a range of resources for those in countries who are at presently trying to move to a system of community based provision and independent living as an alternative to institutional care for people with disabilities.
