The booking process for in-person Open Days
When you complete your booking, you'll see an on-screen message confirming your booking. We'll then send you a booking confirmation email which will have a link to your event ticket. You can either print your ticket and bring it with you, or have it ready on your device so our team can scan it on the day.
Getting to the University

Open Day programme
We post out copies of the programme a week before the event and there will be copies available on the day. You'll also be able to download a pdf copy.
The booking process for online Open Days
Once you've booked, you'll receive a booking confirmation email. We then send the following emails in the run-up to the online Open Day:
- seven days before
- two days before
- an hour before.
These emails will have further information, the live sessions timetable and details of how to join the online Open Day.
Live sessions
These include recorded presentations, virtual tours and live sessions (Q&As, talks, student panels and seminars). Our live sessions are held on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You'll need to have this software installed on your computer or your device to join these sessions.
The links, meeting IDs and passcodes needed to join the live sessions will be available once the online Open Day begins.
Who receives Open Day information?
We send all booking confirmations and event information for in-person and online Open Days to the person who made the booking. If it was your son or daughter who booked, check they've received these emails, or are expecting to receive them.
