Kent launches Researching the Rainbow podcast

Kent has launched a podcast exploring LGBTQIA+ research taking place at the University and beyond.

Developed by Kent’s LGBT+ Staff Network, the podcast Researching the Rainbow will feature staff and student researchers across a wide range of disciplines talking about their work and more. It is hosted by Dr Rasa Mikelyte (Centre for Health Services Studies) and produced by Josh Turner (Community Life Officer in Kent’s College and Community Life team).

The first episode features Dr Jolie Keemink from Kent’s Personal Social Services Research Unit (PSSRU), speaking about her research into LGBTQ+ inclusive care.

Upcoming episodes include interviews with PhD Social Psychology Student Kirsty Gravestock, Kent Law School’s Senior Lecturer Dr Flora Renz and MA Comparative Literature student Michael Redmond.
