Kent is welcoming visitors to its Canterbury campus for both undergraduate and postgraduate Open Events this November.
These free events will provide future students with the opportunity to find out more about student life on campus, Kent’s acclaimed programmes and courses, as well as careers and employability, ahead of the 2022/2023 academic year application process.
A postgraduate Open Evening will take place on Wednesday 17 November (17.00-19.00), while an undergraduate Open Day will take place on Saturday 20 November (10.00-14.00).
With both face-to-face and virtual attendance options available, prospective students will be able to:
- Talk with current students and lecturers
- Listen to an introduction of each course they are interested in
- Learn more about the UCAS process, fees, funding and finance
- Find out more about Kent’s diverse and supportive student community
- Explore the vast Canterbury and Medway campuses, including outdoor social and learning environments, as well as the celebrated green spaces and world-famous cathedral-city view over the Canterbury World Heritage Site
- Tour Kent’s high-quality academic buildings and specialist facilities, including labs and sports centres, lecture theatres and accommodation
- Explore the Templeman and Drill Hall Libraries and discover how their staff and facilities will help students through their studies
- Find out about the full range of student support services available
- Hear more about the University’s innovative research community
- Discover Kent’s career focused postgraduate programmes including especially designed conversion Master’s.
