The Customer Support section has three teams to co-ordinate the support of Kent's IT and library facilities, services and systems, and provide first-line user support.
The Publications and Training subsection are responsible for the management and development of IT skills training for staff and students of the University, Information Services web sites, documentation and the delivery of timely, relevant and up-to-date information.
They are also responsible for the promotion and marketing of IS services and facilities and the co-ordination of all training across IS.
