Canterbury lectures come alive with 3-D images

September 2009
Lecturers can now project images of two dimensional or three dimensional objects on to lecture theatre screens via the data projectors in the following newly refurbished teaching rooms:
- Keynes LT2 and LT3
- Rutherford LT1.
High quality easy to use visualisers or document cameras have been installed and are similar to the model installed last year in Keynes LT1.
You can for example display a newspaper article, a picture or a plant specimen as well as traditional transparencies, and use the zoom feature to highlight more detail. Single slides can be displayed using the slide tray in the camera head.
Instructions for switching the output from the visualisers to the data projectors are displayed in each location.
