Awards ceremony celebrates staff success

The annual Staff Development Awards Ceremony took place on 8 May in the Darwin Conference Suite. Vice-Chancellor, Professor Julia Goodfellow, presented the awards, which saw a bumper number of staff across the University achieve IT-related qualifications.
These included the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), ECDL Advanced, CLAiT and e-type as well as awards for Library staff comprising both IT skills and Library skills (Library User Levels 1 and 2).
The recipients were congratulated by the Vice-Chancellor for their hard work and achievement and celebrated with a buffet lunch.
