We are providing opportunities to learn about the latest practical ideas to assist conservation managers. These short workshops provide:

An introductory 1-day course which brings new ideas to leaders at any level

an introduction to the Conservation Excellence Model
This 1-day session will cover:-
Background to the conservation excellence model
How to link results to the conservation approach and how you manage people
An introduction to rapid methods for reviewing conservation programs
