Pawsitive Minds (Now Fully Booked)

Aslan is a super sized dog that brings fun, laughter, paws and hugs to our relaxed sessions where we explore retraining brains, notice unhelpful thinking patterns and learn about managing tricky emotions such as anxiety, overwhelm self and a few more.

This engaging and evidence based course introduces real facts, concrete truths based on the foundations of neuroscience and mindfulness mixed in with some fantastic time with our super cool hound Aslan - the King of Kindness.

We will share:

- How to retrain your brain for brighter days- How to manage your mind and move away from difficulty - How to experience a kinder more confident inner voice- How Aslan can bring relaxation, smiles and big cuddles- How mindfulness can be experienced in day to day life
