Forever Fit 55+ Group Gym Session
Stay strong, active, and confident with our Forever Fit group sessions, specially designed for those aged 55 and over. These friendly, welcoming classes focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
Each session includes a mix of low-impact exercises, light resistance training, and gentle cardio, all tailored to suit different abilities and fitness levels. Whether you're returning to exercise or looking to maintain an active lifestyle, our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Join us each week on Thursday (11-12noon). Hosted by a friendly member of our gym team, this session is a great opportunity to keep active and socialise. All the equipment and coaching will be provided by our team.
