This coaching, offered by the Graduate and Researcher College, provides a confidential, non-judgemental space to focus on your personal and professional development. It is a one-off coaching session lasting one hour. Sessions are in person, though online attendance may be possible (email skills@kent.ac.uk to enquire). Coaching is a supportive conversation where you decide what to focus on, such as exploring challenges, creating purposeful change, building new habits, or planning future activities. Your coach will listen, ask constructive questions, and help you reflect and identify meaningful actions. While coaching can feel therapeutic, it is not therapy—it focuses on future goals and actions rather than processing past experiences.
