Come to our student group and experience mindfulness at Kent.These weekly sessions are an hour long and involve an introduction and teaching ofmindfulness-based approaches, guided meditations, and opportunities for discussion at the end.Whether you're experienced with mindfulness or a complete beginner, there will besomething for you during this session.This is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded students and add some calmnessinto your day. All students are warmly welcomed and no prior experience withmindfulness is necessary.
